Patés
At the request of several people, I am posting the
recipes of two patés that I brought to the kiddush of the early minyan
two weeks ago. - Yehuda Miklaf
- Pulverize in food processor
- 1.5 cups cooked green beans
- 2 hard boiled eggs
- .25 cups toasted walnuts
- 1-2 TBLS mayonnaise
- .5 cup minced onion, sautéed in a little oil or butter
- 1-2 TBLS white wine
- Salt, black pepper and nutmeg

Sauté the mushrooms and onion and pulverize everything in a food processor.
- .5 lb. mushrooms
- 1 onion
- 1 cup walnuts
- Salt & pepper
- 1 TBLS water
