Pâtés

At the request of several people, I am posting the recipes of two pâtés that I brought to the kiddush of the early minyan two weeks ago. - Yehuda Miklaf

Pulverize in food processor

1½ cups cooked green beans

2 hard boiled eggs

¼ cups toasted walnuts

1-2 tablespoon mayonnaise

1½ cup minced onion, sauté in a little oil or butter

1-2 tablespoons white wine

Salt, black pepper and nutmeg

Sauté the mushrooms and onion and pulverize everything in a food processor.

½ lb. mushrooms

1 onion

1 cup walnuts

Salt and pepper

1 tablespoon water
