קהילת ידידיה: דמי חבר תשנ"ח

כבכל שנה לקראת היציאה לחופשות הקיץ, אנו מעבירים אליכם את טופסי החברות לשנה הבאה. נודה לכם אם תדאגו להחזירם עם דמי החבר עד תשעה באב.

דמי החברות מיועדים לעלויות של פעילויות שונות ותחזוקת הבניין. אך רוב פעילויות הקהילה – תפילות, חסד, חינוך, ילדים, וחברה – מתאפשרים ע"י תרומתם,קטנה כגדולה, של חברי הקהילה. וננצל הזדמנות זאת להודות לכל אלו שנטלו חלק בהם.

הן להקל על העוסקים במלאכה והן להרחיב ולרענן את שורותיהם, אנו הרחבנו את טופסי החברות.  אנו מבקשים שתקחו מספר דקות כדי למלא את הטפסים באופן מלא. לטופס יש שני חלקים. הראשון מתייחס לפרטים אישיים של בני/בנות הבית וכולל פרשת בר/בת המצווה, יארצייט (להבדיל), מקצוע, וכד'. החלק השני מפרט את תחומי העשייה של הקהילה, ואנו מעודדים כל בן/בת בית (צעירים ולא כל כך צעירים) להתנדב לפחות לאחד מהם (על כל המרבה יבוא ברכה).

יש למלא את הטופס בדייקנות ולדאוג שיתקבל בדואר בכתובת שנמצאת בראש הטופס לא יאוחר מט' באב 24.7.2007. עד מועד זה יובטחו מקומות באולם התפילה לימים הנוראים, והחברים יזכו לשלם דמי חברות מוזלים. לאחר אותו תאריך, אין הקהילה יכולה להבטיח מקומות לימים הנוראים, והחברים ישלמו דמי חברות מלאים. לא יתקבל טופס ללא צירוף תשלומים בהתאם.

על כל חברי קהילת ידידיה חלה חובה להשתתף בהכנת הקידוש, בערך ארבע פעמים בשנה, ובסידור בית הכנסת לימים הנוראים לפי רשימות שיחולקו לחברים. במידה ואת/אתה מעוניין/ת רק לקבל מקום ישיבה לחגים, נא להזמין מקום ישיבה ולא להצטרף לקהילה, ולציין את בקשתך בטופס.

מקומות לימים הנוראים: יש לציין את מספר המקומות הדרושים לראש השנה וליום הכיפורים בנפרד. נא לציין את מספר המקומות הדרושים בפועל בלבד; אין לכלול מקומות שלא יהיו בשימוש. (המקומות אינם ניתנים להעברה לידי אורחים הגרים בקרבת מקום, ראה "אורחים" להלן). המקומות יישמרו רק במידה והתשלומים בגינם נתקבלו. 

ילדי חברים :לא רצוי לשמור מקומות עבור ילדים שיימצאו מחוץ לאולם התפילה. משפחות ברוכות ילדים מתבקשות לשקול היטב אם דרוש להן מקום נפרד עבור כל ילד.  שים לב: ילדים מעל גיל 25, בין אם הם נשואים או בין אם הם רווקים, נחשבים כ"אורחים" והחברים מתבקשים לשלם עבור מקומות לפי תעריף האורחים כפי שצוין להלן

אורחים :המקומות שניתנים לרכישה על ידי חברי הקהילה עבור אורחים, מיועדים לקרובי משפחה ואורחים אחרים מחוץ לארץ, מחוץ לעיר ומחוץ לשכונות הקרובות לקהילה. לא ניתן לרכוש מקומות עבור "אורחים" הגרים בקרבת מקום. מי שגר/ה קרוב לקהילה ומעוניין/ת לקבל מקום שמור באולם התפילה לימים הנוראים, עליו/עליה להירשם כחבר/ה בקהילה על כל המשתמע מכך, או, לחילופין - ורק במידה ויישארו מקומות לאחר ט' באב - לתת תרומה לקהילה בסכום של 700 ש"ח לכל מבוגר ו-300 ש"ח לכל ילד.

סך הכל :נא לסכם את מספר המקומות, אופקית ואנכית, כדי לאשר את הנתונים.  אם אינכם מתכוונים להתפלל איתנו ואתם אינכם זקוקים למקומות תפילה נא לרשום את הספרה "0" במשבצת.  נא לא להשאיר משבצת זו ריקה.

תשלומים

ניתן לשלם את התשלומים השוטפים באמצעות המחאות דחויות (עד 12), כאשר מועד הפירעון של ההמחאה הראשונה יהיה לא יאוחר מ-30.12.2007 והאחרונה לא יאוחר מראש חודש אלול תשס"ח (1.9.2008).  תרומה לקופת הצדקה ניתנת לפריסה עד 12 תשלומים חודשיים. יש לרשום המחאות נפרדות לפקודת "קהילת ידידיה" ו"קהילת ידידיה - צדקה". ההמחאות  יופקדו לחשבונות בנק נפרדים.

דמי חברות :למשלמים עד ליום ט' באב- דמי חברות מוזלים 1260 ש"ח למשפחה, 630 ש"ח ליחיד או למשפחה חד-הורית. למשלמים לאחר תאריך זה הסכום הינו 1360 ש"ח למשפחה, 680 ש"ח ליחיד. סטודנט במישרה מלאה וחיילים – 250 ש"ח.  חברים חדשים (לשנתיים הראשונות) המשלמים עד ליום ט' באב: 950 ש"ח למשפחה, 475 ש"ח ליחיד או למשפחה חד-הורית.  לאחר תאריך זה הסכום הינו 1050 ש"ח למשפחה, 525 ש"ח ליחיד. סטודנט במישרה מלאה וחיילים – 350 ש"ח

מקומות לאורחים בימים הנוראים: 100 ש"ח לכל חג (לראש השנה או ליום הכיפורים, 200 ש"ח לשני החגים)

תרומה כללית :נא לציין את ייעוד התרומה, במידה וישנו ייעוד ספציפי. על מנת לאפשר הרחבת הפעילויות שלנו בלי להעלות את דמי החברות בפועל, אנו מבקשים מחברי הקהילה המעוניינים בכך לתרום תרומה (המוכרת לצרכי מס על פי סעיף 46א) של 100 ש''ח או יותר, לקהילת ידידיה. אנא ראו במכתב המצורף הוראות כיצד ניתן לקבל החזר מס על תרומות לידידיה ולארגונים אחרים.

אם מישהו אינו יכול לשלם את הסכום כולו, יוכל לדון בכך עם ארתור פריינד (050-6232-506). ארתור מונה במיוחד למטרה זו וישמור על סודיות מוחלטת ועל דיסקרטיות מלאה.

שאלות בקשר לקופת הצדקה יש להפנות למרכז ועד  צדקה, רוני באן, טל' 6713162. נא לא להעביר תרומות לקופת צדקה ולקהילה בהמחאה אחת אלא להשתמש בהמחאות  נפרדות.  תודה.

Kehillat Yedidya: Membership dues 2007/8

Before we all rush off on our summer holidays, we are distributing the Kehillat Yedidya membership forms for the coming year. Please return with your dues by Tisha B'av.

Membership dues go towards community activities, equipment and building. However, as you may know most of the kehilla activities – from tefillot to building maintenance – are possible only due to the dedication and involvement of our members. We will take this opportunity to thank all of those who have contributed of their time and energy to ensure a year full of community activities.

In an effort to facilitate the work of those already active and to encourage new people to join the circle of activists, we have expanded the membership form. Please take the time to fill it in carefully. The form has two sections. The first section covers expanded information about household members, including bar/bat mitzvah parshot, yahrzeits (l'havdil), professions etc. The second section lists all the varied types of activities happening in our community. We urge each member (young and old) to volunteer for at least one.

Please fill out the form carefully, and see to it that it is received by mail at the address that appears at the top of the form no later than Tisha B’Av (July 24). Members who return their form by this date will be guaranteed seats, and will receive a discount on their dues. After this date, seats cannot be guaranteed, and the discount will not be in effect. The form will not be accepted unless accompanied by requested payments.

Joining Kehillat Yedidya entails a commitment to assist with kiddush every several months, and to participate in the set-up for the holidays according to schedules that will be distributed to all members.  If you are only interested in having a reserved seat for the holidays, please just reserve a seat, and indicate clearly on the form that this is your intent.

Seats for the High Holidays: Please enter the number of seats required for Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur separately. Only enter the number of seats that will actually be required; do not request seats that will not be used (unused seats cannot be transferred to guests from the neighbourhood, see "Guests" below). Seats will be reserved only if paid for.

Children of Members: Please do not request seats for children who will not be using them.  Large families should consider if a separate seat is required for each child.  Please Note:  Children over age 25, whether single or married, will be considered as “guests” and members are kindly asked to pay for their seats at the guest rates noted below.

Guests: Members may reserve additional seats for relatives and guests from abroad, other cities, and neighbourhoods other than those near the congregation.  Seats may not be reserved for "guests" who live nearby. People living nearby who want to reserve seats have two options.  They can join the congregation, accepting the responsibilities of membership.  Or, if seats remain after Tisha B’Av, they can obtain seats by making a contribution of NIS 700 per adult and NIS 300 per child.

Total: Please add up the number of seats required, both vertically and horizontally, to make sure that the figures are correct. If you will be away and won't require seats, please indicate a "0". DO NOT leave the number of seats blank,

Payments: Payment for dues may be made by up to twelve post-dated checks, the first of which must be dated no later than December 30, 2007 and the last of which may be dated no later than Rosh Chodesh Elul 5768 (September 1, 2008).  Contributions to the charity fund may be divided the same way. Please write separate checks to "Kehillat Yedidya" and "Kehillat Yedidya - Charity".

Dues: Members who pay no later than Tisha B’Av receive a discount - families pay NIS 1260, singles and single-parent families pay NIS 630.  After this date, families pay NIS 1360 and singles pay NIS 680.  Full-time students and soldiers pay NIS 350.  New Members (for the first two years) who pay no later than Tisha B’Av receive a double discount: families pay NIS 950, singles and single-parent families NIS 475.  After this date, families pay NIS 1050, singles and single-parent families NIS 525.

Seats for Guests: NIS 100.  This sum is for each holiday (Rosh Hashanah or Yom Kippur, NIS 200 for both).

General Contribution: If the contribution is to be applied to a particular purpose, please indicate.  In order to help us expand our programmatic activities without actually raising membership dues, we ask that members make a voluntary, tax-deductible contribution of NIS 100 (or more) to the Kehillah.  Please see the attached letter for instructions on how to take advantage of the Israeli tax credit for donations to Yedidya and other organizations.

If anyone cannot pay the full sum, they can discuss the matter with Artur Fraind, (050-6232-506) who has been specially nominated for this purpose and will act with complete discretion and in total confidence.

Tax Credit for Charitable Contributions for the Current Year

Israeli citizens who pay Israeli income tax (מס הכנסה) are entitled to a credit against income tax in the amount of 35% of all donations to non-profit organizations who have Article 46a status. Kehillat Yedidya has Article 46a status; therefore, you are entitled to a tax credit amounting to 35% of all donations made to Kehillat Yedidya, including 30% of membership dues paid.  (The minimum amount you have to have donated to receive a tax credit is NIS 270.00)

It is very easy to apply for the credit for the current year. (It is also possible to apply for this credit for prior years, but these instructions do not deal with that option. Opening prior years involves filing a tax return and having all of your income for the year audited, with taxes recalculated from scratch. This sometimes results in a refund, but could also result in an increased tax liability. Before doing this, it is wise to consult with a tax specialist who can advise you whether or not to go this route.)

If you are employed (rather than self-employed), following are instructions for getting your credit:

·        Collect all of your receipts, dated within the current year, for donations to organizations that have Article 46a status.

·        Download and print Form 116 the form from http://www.mof.gov.il/taxes/

·        Complete Sections א, ב and ג on side 1 of the form.

·        On side 2 of the form, check the box next to item 37 (the 3^rd row of the table) and insert the total of the donations for which you have receipts in the space for that purpose.

·        Sign and date the form.

Go to the Mas Hachnasa office at 66 Kanfei Nesharim Street in Giv’at Shaul.

Make sure to take the following documents with you:

·        Your completed form 116

·        Your original receipts (make copies of your receipts for your records, since Mas Hachnasa will keep the originals)

·        A recent pay slip (t’lush maskoret) - make a copy, since Mas Hachnasa will keep the original

·        Your teudat zehut

Take a number and wait your turn. When it’s your turn, submit the above items to the clerk, who will review them and give you a תאום מס amounting to 35% of your contributions.

(Alternatively, you can mail the above items – a copy of your teudat zehut, of course – to the Mas Hachnasa office. Make sure to send it registered mail.)

Submit the תאום מס to your employer’s payroll department, and that amount will be deducted from your tax liability on your next paycheck.

If you are self employed, check with a tax advisor or with Mas Hachnasa to find out how to submit your receipts for a credit against your tax.

If you are not employed, or if you do not pay Israeli income tax, the tax credit will not help you, since it is not transferable into an actual refund. It is simply a credit against your income taxes due for the current year.

ניכוי מס עבור תרומות צדקה בשנה הנוכחית

אזרחי ישראל המשלמים מס הכנסה ישראלי זכאים לניכוי מס בסך 35% מסך כל התרומות שתרמו לחברות ללא כוונות רווח שהן מוכרות תחת סעיף 46א. קהילת ידידיה מוגדרת כחברה ללא כוונות רווח ועל כן התרומה אליה מוכרת תחת סעיף 46א וזכאית להחזר מס בסך 35% מגובה התרומה וגם להחזר מס של  30% מדמי החברות. (הסכום המינימאלי לקבלת ניכוי מס הנו 270 ש"ח בתרומות).

קל מאד להגיש בקשה לניכוי מס לשנה הנוכחית. (גם ניתן להגיש בקשה לשנים הקודמות, אבל המכתב הזה לא עוסק בנושא. זה מורכב ומומלץ להתייעץ עם מומחה למסים).

במידה ואתה מעוסק על ידי גורם אחר, ולא עובד עצמאי, אלו ההנחיות לקבלת ניכוי מס:

−              אסוף את כל הקבלות מהשנה הנוכחית מתרומות לחברות המוכרות תחת סעיף 46א.

−              מלא טופס 116 הורד את הטופס מהאינטרנט: http://www.mof.gov.il/taxes/

−              מלא סעיפים א, ב, ו-ג בצד הקדמי של הטופס.

−              בצד האחורי, סמן V‏ בפריט 37 (השורה השלישית בטבלה) וכתוב את הסכום המלא של כל התרומות (אשר יש לך עבורן קבלות) בשדה המתאים.

−              חתום על הטופס, וכתוב את התאריך.

−              את הטופס יש להגיש למשרדי מס הכנסה ברחוב כנפי נשרים 66 בגבעת שאול. ואלו שעות הקבלה:

תעודת זהות

בהגיעכם, קחו מספר והמתינו לתורכם. בהגיע תורכם, מסרו את כל המסמכים הנ"ל לפקיד, אשר יעבור עליהם ויתן לכם תיאום מס על סך 35% מכלל תרומותיכם.

(לחילופין, ניתן לשלוח את המסמכים הללו – כולל עותק של ת"ז ולא התעודה עצמה כמובן – למשרדי מס הכנסה. יש להקפיד ולשלוח את המסמכים באמצעות דואר רשום.

מסרו את תאום המס למחלקת השכר בחברה בה הנכם מועסקים. סכום זה ינוכה ממיסיכם במשכורת הבאה.

אם הנכם עצמאים, היוועצו ביועץ מס או באנשי מס הכנסה על מנת לברר כיצד למסור קבלות כדי לקבל ניכוי מס.

אם אינכם מועסקים, או אם אינכם משלמים מס הכנסה בישראל, ניכוי המס לא יוכל להועיל לכם כלל משום שאין אפשרות להמירו בהחזר כספי. מדובר בעצם אך ורק בניכוי למול מס ההכנסה בה אתם חייבים בשנה הנוכחית.
